The Bomgar B300™, on the other hand, targets the needs of enterprise companies or medium-sized businesses with enterprise needs. If you have a smaller IT helpdesk (10-25 remote support reps), but you need all of the redundancy and integration features Bomgar™ remote desktop software has to offer, you may want to consider the Bomgar B300™. The B300 offers maximum redundancy, with multiple hard drives, power supplies, and processors.
