Unattended Remote Access on Multiple Networks
Bomgar gives the support rep three methods for accessing end users:
Jump
Within your network you can access remote computers and servers running Windows without installing software on the end-user's computer by selecting them from a directory in the Bomgar™ representative client. Once you have entered valid credentials for a computer, Bomgar™ Jumps to that computer to initiate remote desktop control even if the user is not present to grant control.
Jumpoint
Jump™ functionality can be extended through the use of Jumpoints – software clients you install within a separate network. Installing a single Jumpoint™ software agent at each of your network locations gives you virtual access to every unattended Windows desktop or server within these networks. Simply select from a list of remote computers on the network, enter valid credentials for a computer, and Jump to that computer to gain remote access even if the user is not present to grant access.
Jump Client
Even if the desktop you need to access does not exist on any of your networks, you can still gain control by installing a remote access software client on the computer itself. Install the software client during a standard support session, or email the client download to multiple computers simultaneously. Once the software client is installed, you can control that computer at any time, even if the user is no longer present.
