What's New Description
Mac Representative Client Provide support from any Mac running versions 10.4-10.5, enabling your reps to gain remote desktop access using their preferred platform, whatever platform that may be.
Presentation Recording Save a recording of presentation sessions, helping you maintain a more detailed audit trail as well as more effectively train your remote support reps.
Jump™ Enhancements Maintain greater control over Jump client permissions: Configure viewable Jump client statistics and remote desktop locking, see improved notifications regarding the consequences of pinning a Jump client in User Mode, and add custom text to Jump clients to easier recognition.
Reboot/Reconnect Enhancements Request the end user to pre-specify credentials which can later be used for a reboot. This allows the representative to be logged into the remote desktop after a reboot without having to ask the end user to re-login if the representative does not have credentials for the remote desktop.
File Transfer Enhancements Maintain greater control over file transfer functionality for productivity as well as security. The administrator can limit a representative's file transfer rights to upload or download and can restrict the representative's file transfer access to specific directories on the representative's or customer's computer. Representatives can choose to preserve the file transfer timestamp. The customer now sees a visual notification when a file transfer is in progress.
Appliance Redundancy Use the administration interface to assign primary and backup roles to appliances. Data between two appliances is automatically synchronized. Creating redundant appliances aids in faster fail-over, increases uptime, and reduces the risk of data loss.
Single Sign-On Access your user account with a single sign-on using integrated Windows authentication, public/private key certificates, or web-based single sign-on, reducing overhead and improving security.
Team Chat Reports View reports on chat communications between representatives in a team, enabling you to analyze and audit rep-to-rep communication.
Administration Dashboard Administrators can see all current remote desktop control sessions and silently monitor a representative's desktop or representative client and transfer sessions on demand, enabling greater quality assurance and security.
License Reservation & Allocation Allocate and reserve a minimum number of remote access software licenses for administered teams. This eliminates the possibility of depleting all Bomgar licenses in one team where some licenses could be needed in another team.
