    My 2014 goal have been met. Moving up in my company was one of my major goals and I was able to accoplish that. The health thing will always be there!!

    -Find some sort of project management dashboard/deliverable repository/progress bbs so I can control my day without having to explain what Sharepoint is, and how to use it, repeatedly.  Also, mastermind a good system of project templates so everything get’s created at initiation.
    -Setup 2FA for all reps
    -Setup reporting cause the boss wants some metrics with more objectivity than “it’s not taking half the day for users to share their screen because they leave immediately after submitting vague requests”
    -vPro, why haven’t we been doing this for years now? 
    -Finish implementing asset tracking replacement, and slap the next person that asks “why do I need to get the serial number?”  No wonder interns think taking a monitor home isn’t a bad idea.
    -GET SOME SLEEP!!
