Well, let’s jump right into it: “Jump” is the term used for all of Bomgar’s unattended access technologies, including Jump Clients, Jumpoints, and Local Push. You know, the stuff we have that makes your life easier.

If you have encountered that annoying “Document not Found” message when trying to get into your /login admin interface, think of it as a reminder – a reminder to send Bomgar Support the SSL Certificate for your site. Once you have done that, and installed the license package that Support will send you in return, no more annoying message, and all your troubles will be over (well, this one at least).

So, you've set everything up on your administrative site just the way you like it, but when you go to your Bomgar web portal, your name does not show up in the list of available representatives. Fortunately, this is easy to fix: simply go to your representative console, click on the Support button, and then check Showing on Representative List. Next time you go to the portal, you will be there with the rest of the team.
