Requirements

The Bomgar Samsung Android Customer Client works with:

• Samsung Android phones and tablets running Android 2.3 or greater
• The device must be set to use the specific desired language and the site set to support languages.
• Existing installations of Bomgar Remote Support versions 13.1.1 or greater.  Must be on 15.1.1+ for full language support.
• Support sites with a trusted CA-signed certificate on the appliance
