Introducing Bomgar inSight, a new way for customers to use their mobile device's camera to stream live video during a support session. In addition, a representative can draw annotations on a frame of the video which is then displayed on the customer’s mobile device.
Remote support representatives can now transfer files to and from the customer's iCloud account or a similar service.
New application icon and splash screen.
The Bomgar iOS Customer Client works with:
iPhones and iPads running iOS 8.2 or greater.
Existing Bomgar installations, version 14.1.1 or greater.
Support sites with a trusted CA-signed certificate on the appliance.
