Once a session starts, the Bomgar chat interface opens. Chat with the customer to learn more about the customer’s issue. You can also push URLs through the chat interface.

If you send a chat message while the Android Support Client App is minimized, the message will appear as a pop-up on the device's screen.

The chat window records not only the messages and the time they were sent; it also serves as a running log of everything that happens throughout the session.

The customer must select the tab, as it is not possible for you to switch between tabs within the Android Bomgar customer client app.
