JACKSON, MS – August 14, 2015 – Bomgar, the leader in secure access solutions, announced today that it’s been named to the 2015 Inc. 500|5000, an exclusive ranking of America’s fastest-growing private companies. Bomgar ranked No. 3555 based on a three-year growth rate of 89 percent, marking the seventh consecutive year that Bomgar has been included on the list.

“Being named to the Inc. 5000 for seven years straight is a testament to our team’s continued ability to deliver innovative secure access solutions that solve our worlds’ evolving challenges,” said Matt Dircks, CEO, Bomgar. “The number of connected systems and devices is exploding, and technology professionals need ways to access, manage and support all of those systems. Unfortunately, many access technologies offer weak security, making them a prime target for cybercriminals. Our secure access solutions provide the security and compliance assurances enterprises require, while simultaneously increasing the speed and productivity of the technology professional. Whether it’s a service desk technician supporting employees around the world, a customer support agent assisting online customers, or an IT administrator managing sensitive databases, Bomgar provides the access they need to do their job, while significantly improving their organizations’ security.”

Bomgar’s secure access solutions offer the security, management and integration capabilities technology organizations need to increase productivity and customer satisfaction while also improving security and compliance. Bomgar Remote Support enables technicians to remotely view and control computing systems and devices, chat with end-users, and collaborate with other technicians or external vendors to more quickly and effectively resolve issues. Bomgar Privileged Access Management allows security professionals to control, monitor and manage access to critical systems by privileged users and third-party vendors.

Methodology

The 2015 Inc. 5000 is ranked according to a formula including employee benefits, market cap, and percentage revenue growth when comparing 2011 to 2014. To qualify, companies had to be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent--not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies--as of December 31, 2014. (Since then, a number of companies on the list have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2011 is $100,000; the minimum for 2014 is $2 million. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons. Companies on the Inc. 500 are featured in Inc.'s September issue. They represent the top tier of the Inc. 5000, which can be found at http://www.inc.com/5000.
