Bomgar Introduces Remote Support Console for the iPad and iPad 2 - TMCNet

Bomgar, a provider of appliance-based remote support solutions, introduced remote support representative console designed for the iPad.

According to a release, the new Bomgar iPad Representative Console allows IT support technicians to access, view and fix a remote computer or mobile device directly from their iPad or iPad 2, enabling them to provide the right support at the right time no matter where they’re located. It will be available to Bomgar customers in summer 2011.
