As Chief Executive Officer of Bomgar, Matt Dircks is responsible for Bomgar’s long-term market and product strategy and leads the company’s day-to-day operations. He also guides Bomgar’s unique culture that is centered on integrity, transparency, respect and innovation.
Matt Dircks has more than 25 years of experience in the software industry with roles encompassing product strategy, product management, engineering, sales, marketing and corporate development. Prior to becoming CEO of Bomgar in 2014, he was the Vice President and General Manager of Service Support Products at BMC software, joining BMC through the acquisition of Numara Software in February 2012 where he was Vice President of Products since 2008. Before Numara, Dircks served as General Manager of the Server Virtualization Business at Quest Software.
Previously, Dircks was President of Full Armor Corporation a start-up he helped transform from a single-product business into a highly-scalable multi-product, multi-channel corporation. He also served as Senior Vice President of Products & Markets at NetIQ Corp, and prior to joining NetIQ, he, served as General Manager for the Web Products Group and Director of WW Product Management at Citrix Systems. Dircks holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Iowa.
As Chief Financial Officer of Bomgar, Janine Seebeck is responsible for the Company’s financial, accounting, human resources, and strategic planning functions. Seebeck has more than 20 years of senior finance and operations experience, most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Agilysys Inc., a hospitality software leader. She previously held the positions of Vice President and Controller and Principal Accounting Officer at Agilysys. Prior to Agilysys, Seebeck served as Vice President of Finance, Asia Pacific, and Vice President, Corporate Controller for Premiere Global Services, Inc., a global leader in virtual meetings. Seebeck also served as a Senior Associate for PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree in Accounting from John Carroll University.
As Executive Vice President of Products and Services, Huey Ngo is responsible for satisfying the product development as well as support and services needs of Bomgar's diverse base of customers. Ngo has more than 15 years of experience leading and guiding product development efforts. At Bomgar, he oversees Software Development, Quality Assurance, Information Technology, Customer Support, and Professional Services efforts. Under Ngo's leadership, Bomgar's development team has secured multiple awards and patents for cutting-edge technology, including Bomgar's patented deployment model, JumpTM Technology, Access SponsorTM, EmbassyTM and Rep InviteTM. Prior to Bomgar, Ngo served in engineering leadership positions at SkyTel, a fast-growing telecommunications company. In his seven-year tenure at SkyTel, Ngo helped lead software design, hardware design and product development. His contributions led to the launching of several of SkyTel's flagship wireless messaging products. Ngo holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University.
As Senior Vice President of Product Management, Dan DeRosa is responsible for Bomgar's product portfolio, product innovation, strategic acquisitions, and new product launches. DeRosa has more than 25 years of experience managing product and marketing functions, and has led sales, channel development and operations teams. After beginning his career with AT&T, DeRosa worked at Automatic Data Processing, Dun & Bradstreet, Sage Software, Dell SecureWorks and SunGard before joining Bomgar. In these companies, DeRosa held marketing and product leadership roles and gained experience with enterprise software, security software and services, risk management products, business process outsourcing services, and cloud/SaaS deployment models. DeRosa holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Rutgers University.
As Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Business Development, Jeff Newlin is responsible for Bomgar's global sales revenue and channel strategy. His organization includes sales, channels, solution engineering, sales operations, customer retention and demand generation. Newlin brings more than 25 years' sales and operational leadership experience specializing in building and leading high performance global teams at established and emerging technology companies. Prior to Bomgar, Newlin was an executive with StarMobile, a startup enterprise mobility company that was purchased by a leading technology company in that industry. Newlin also served as Vice President and General Manager, Americas for OutSystems where he built and directed operations laying the foundation for a $55M strategic investment by North Bridge. Prior to OutSystems, Newlin served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Chief Revenue Officer at Silverpop, which was acquired by IBM. During his 10 years at Silverpop he developed global sales, channels, and customer success teams, consistently grew revenue, and led the company from a startup to a cloud-based marketing automation industry leader. He has also held key positions at Cybrant, TenFold Corporation, Texas Instruments Software, and KnowledgeWare. Newlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology from Purdue University.
As Senior Vice President of Marketing, Liz Shulof is responsible for all aspects of Marketing, including Corporate Communications, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing. Shulof previously served as Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Senior Director of Public Relations at Bomgar. Shulof has more than 15 years of experience developing and managing strategic and marketing initiatives for B2B technology companies. Before joining Bomgar, Shulof served as Vice President at Greenough Communications, where she managed public relations programs for clients, including Quest Software, Numara Software, and IGEL Technology. Previously, Shulof spent more than five years in strategy and technology consulting with Accenture. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Purdue University.
As General Counsel and SVP, Martin Willoughby is responsible for legal and risk management, global compliance, and corporate development. Willoughby has more than 25 years of experience as a lawyer, business consultant, and entrepreneur. He has owned and operated successful businesses, including his own law and consulting firm, strategically advised companies as in-house counsel, and effectively represented clients ranging from individuals to publicly traded entities. Willoughby was previously Of Counsel with Butler Snow, L.P. law firm and a Principal in Butler Snow Advisory Services, LLC. Willoughby is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Millsaps College, a summa cum laude graduate of Mississippi College School of Law, and is a licensed attorney in Tennessee and Mississippi.
