Submitting an Upgrade Request:

Regular releases of Bomgar™ software are available to all customers with current maintenance contracts.

All customers with current maintenance contracts are placed into a rollout schedule so they receive the latest software builds from Bomgar™. If you are one of these customers, we will contact you via email to begin upgrading your software.

However, you do not need to wait for us to contact you. You can expedite your upgrade request by submitting your information to the form on the left.
