Bomgar Release 10.2.6

Are you wondering where versions 10.2.4 and 10.2.5 are?  Not to worry - only a handful of changes were incorporated into those versions which did not affect the majority of customers.  Version 10.2.6 incorporates all of those changes, so the list below is an amalgamation of everything that's new since 10.2.3.  If you have questions about any of these versions, do not hesitate to contact your support rep.

Issues Resolved:

• Representative Console
  • Resolved an issue where the Command+Escape and Command+h key sequences were not being passed to a remote Mac when the Representative Console was in Full Screen mode.
• Windows Mobile
  • Resolved an issue where, in some cases, the customer client would install, but would not connect to the support representative.
