Bomgar Base 3.3.0

Notes
- Base version 3.3.0 has been certified for all physical appliances (B100, B200, B300 & B400).
- Appliances must currently be running Base 3.2.8 before upgrading to 3.3.0.
- Base version 3.3.0 includes Service Patch 14.
Enhancements
- Support for IPv6 has been added.
- Base version 3.3.0 includes all enhancements and issues resolved in version 3.2.8.
