Q: Is there an automatic housekeeping mechanism at the appliance for session recording files etc.?

A: There is. After a certain point if the appliance has too much data to store, it will delete the oldest records first. So unless you've set it through the API to automatically download those and store them someplace else you would lose the oldest records first.

Q: One more question. This is, I'm sorry there is some questions about previous versions, I think I'm gonna wait on those. How about this one. What is the process for upgrading?

A: The process for upgrading? Actually let me take you to that slide. Now, is on this page at the bottom of the page you'll see a link that says "Click here to upgrade", click there (http://www.bomgar.com/upgrade) to upgrade and you'll be entered into a queue where the support - out support representatives internally will work through that queue and upgrade clients as in the order they entered the queue.
