The Next Revolution in Remote Support (Q&A)

Note: For easier reading, speakers' names have not been inserted in this question/answer section.

Q: Have you tested the functionality of this device over a Win VPN? If so is there a notable degradation of performance of the device when used in this manner?

A: Well it's going to completely depend on the kind of bandwidth you're getting through your LAN or through the internet for that matter. So I mean if you're using a LAN speed where you've got, you know 100 megabyte connection it's going to be blazing fast. If you're using a dial-up you're going to notice some latency and then in between it's just going to vary about how much bandwidth you have between those two locations.

Q: How does session recording affect computer performance?

A: The session recording is actually done on the appliance so it's not going to affect the performance of the remote PC or of the reps PC.
