Q: Can the rep connect to the appliance from the same interface as the person he is supporting? In other words, if I'm at home can I support someone else that is at home?

A: Yes, yes you can. It's the same interface, it would just be the log in page to that interface, the flip side of it. You'd log in, you'd download the client and then log in through the client again and then you'd be ready to receive support sessions. That's about a minute process. So from - if you look at it - if the rep has nothing loaded on his machine and the customer has nothing loaded on his machine it's about you know a two minute process before the rep is able to link up to the customer. If the reps already have the rep client loaded then it's just a few seconds.

Q: How many recording sessions before the appliance gets full?

A: It kind of depends on the appliance model. We have two models, one is the Bomgar B200™ and then we also have a 300 model. The smaller model can hold up to 1,500 hours of session recordings and then the larger appliance can hold up to 3,000 hours of session recordings. So - and then after that point it's gonna delete the oldest records. So if you wanted to store them past that point you'd have to use the API or have a - you know back up the appliance at some other location.
