One final thing that I wanted to mention is the improved performance of Bomgar™ 9.1. You should notice a marked improvement in the remote control speed once you get into the session. You also notice the session initiation process is fewer steps.

We've added a few things that can speed that up and with the customization that you can do on the administrative side you can reduce that to as few as four clicks total like from the point where they click on the reps name to the point where the rep has control and that includes the two clicks that are normally required to run a file. So it really simplifies that process. Actually if you're using it on LAN using our push and start feature it can be zero clicks on the customer's side.

Then with the support session initiation that again is something that is configurable based on your user base. We've had people say that they really just want to get control of the machine and move on. Let's say if they have internal users or they're supporting their close friends and relatives and others say that they want to make sure that the customer knows exactly what's going on or they have numerous prompts.

Just kind of ask them if they're sure they want to grant the privilege. It's up to you and it's up to your company's needs. One other thing we've added is just the interface itself is easier to use for the rep and for the customer. It should be cleaner, simpler, fewer opportunities for error.
