The Next Revolution in Remote Support

Good afternoon and welcome to today's webcast from Bomgar™. I would like to thank each one of you for attending today. We have a great crowd and an exciting topic today. We'll be discussing the newest release of Bomgar™, Bomgar™ 9.1 but we're calling them next revolution in remote support. We are here today with Nathan McNeill the VP of Product Management.

Before Nathan starts I would like to give you a couple of instructions on the webcast. First of all they'll probably be times during the webcast that you have questions. If you will look down at the bottom left of your screen where it says "submit a question" please - this webcast would be so much better if you ask questions so at any time during the presentation feel free to submit those. At the end of the webcast I will present those to Nathan to answer and if your questions did not get answered during this presentation we will answer them by email later on. With that said I would like to turn things over to Nathan.

Sounds good, thank you Justin and thank all of you for showing up today, take a little time out of your schedule. I'm going to be talking about Bomgar™ 9.1 the latest release of the Bomgar Box™. I'm gonna first give a little bit of overview about the product and then walk in some of the new features of Bomgar™ 9.1.

So a little bit about Bomgar™, we were founded in 2003. We provide remote support solutions that allow you to take control of the system and you are on the internet in just a few seconds. Even if the PC does not have any preinstalled software on it and even if it is behind a firewall. We have over 2,000 customers in all 50 states in 30 countries which comprises the third largest customer base in the remote support market and we are exclusively focused on the support profession, that's all we do.
