Bomgar Representative User's Guide How to Use the Representative Client
Representative ChatThe primary tab of the representative client gives your options for starting a support session or a presentation and also allows you to chat with another logged-in representative. If you are a member of one or more support teams, click on the tab for whichever team you would like to chat with. You can chat with one or all members of that team. If enabled, you can also click on the General tab to chat with all logged-in representatives. When you go back to your Personal tab, you will remain in the chat for the group from which you just tabbed away. |
