Licensing RestrictionsOne Bomgar license enables one support representative at a time to troubleshoot an unlimited number of remote computers. Although multiple accounts may exist on the same license, two or more licenses (one per concurrent support representative) are required to enable multiple support representatives to troubleshoot simultaneously. * Starter Service accounts are limited to 25 Jumpoints and/or Jump clients per license.
