The Memory and Processes view auto-update every 10 seconds. You can toggle the auto-update on and off.

View more detailed information on the Devices, Processes, Events, and Programs tabs. Because the large amount of data that can be pulled may result in slow transmission times, you can choose to start your view with only the Overview tab or to pull data for all tabs. If you choose to start with Overview Only, you can gather data for the other tabs by going to the tab you need to view and clicking the Refresh button at the top of that section.
