How to Use the Representative Client

NOTE: This location will differ for the Mac or Linux representative client.

At the prompt, enter your username and password. Alternatively, if your administrator has configured a Kerberos server to enable single sign-on, you can log into the representative client without entering your credentials.

Once you log in, the icon color will change from gray to orange, and the representative client will open. If you close the representative client but remain logged in, you can reopen the window by double-clicking the system tray icon or by right-clicking the icon and selecting Show Window.
