Screen Sharing

From the session window, click the Screen Sharing button to request control of the remote computer. Full screen sharing requests view or control of the customer's entire desktop and all applications. Limited screen sharing allows the customer to choose which applications to share.

If your administrator has set your account to require that the customer select which applications to share, you will only be allowed to request limited screen sharing. If your account does not have this requirement, you can still request limited screen sharing. However, a site-wide setting determines whether a request for full screen sharing will enable your customer to limit which applications he or she wishes to share.
