How to Use the Representative Client

Session Tools

		Separate session tabs into separate windows or reattach windows as tabs.
		*If you have administrative credentials for a remote computer currently running with user rights, you can request to elevate the customer client privileges to have administrative rights.
		Should you decide someone else is better suited to handle a session, transfer control of that session to another team or representative. Remain as a participant or close your tab to leave it with its new owner.
		If you want another representative to participate in one of your sessions, invite a representative to share your session. You maintain ownership of the session but can receive input from one or more teammates.
		You can remove another representative from a shared session at any time.
		At the end of a session, you can disconnect the customer but remain in the session tab to add notes or submit a representative survey your administrator may enforce.
		*Install a Jump client on the remote computer, enabling you or your teammates to later access that system without end-user initiation. Uninstall the client if you no longer need unattended access to that system.
		Close the session entirely. If you have ownership of the session, you can either uninstall the customer client from the remote machine or leave the customer in queue for another representative to resume the session.
