How to Use the Representative Client

Browse Jump Clients

Browse through groups or dynamically search for computers. The search tool looks across all text fields associated with Jump clients, including group and owner name, comments, platform, etc. Once you have found the computer you wish to access, click the Jump button. This will attempt to start a session with the remote computer. Depending on the permissions your administrator has set for your account, the end-user may be prompted to accept or deny the session. If no response is received within a defined interval of time, the session will either start or cancel, again depending upon your account permissions.

If you no longer need access to a computer, click Remove to uninstall the Jump client from that remote machine. If the remote user manually uninstalls the Jump client, the statistics from its last update will remain in your list, though you will not be able to access that computer.
