How to Use the Representative Client

Jump Clients

To access an individual computer, install a Jump client on that system either from within a session or from the Jump Clients page of the administrative interface. Administrators can granularly limit representatives' use of Jump clients, disallowing their use entirely, their modification, or their pinning to personal groups.

Jump clients are grouped according to who can access them – only the representative, a particular team, or all representatives. Team Managers and Team Leaders also can view Jump clients that team members of a lower role have pinned to their personal groups. Further organize Jump clients by clicking the Grouping button and selecting Move to New Group or Move to Existing Group. Ungroup moves the Jump client back into its top-level group. Expand All and Collapse All show or hide all of your Jump clients.

NOTE: Jump does not currently work on mobile devices.
