Jumpoint
Bomgar's Jump technology enables you to connect to an unattended remote computer to start a session without end-user assistance. You can Jump to any computer on your LAN/VPN or on a network with a Jumpoint agent, or you can Jump to a computer on which you have installed a Jump client. To Jump without a pre-installed client, open the Jump dialog from:
- the Support menu of the representative client
- the Start button above your personal queue
- the Jump To... button above the Jump interface
- the right-click menu of the system tray icon
