Queues: Personal Tab
At the top of the representative client, you will have one or more tabs for queues of customers who are waiting for support. The Personal tab lists customers with whom you are currently in session or who are waiting for a session with you specifically. Customers are listed here either after they have been transferred to you from another queue or if they initiated the session by entering a session key you generated or by selecting your name from the public site.
