How to Use the Representative Client

Representative Chat

From the main interface of the representative client, you can chat with other logged-in representatives. If you are a member of one or more support teams, click on the tab for whichever team you would like to chat with. You can chat with all members of that team or select a name from the list of representatives to chat with just that one. If your administrator has enabled a general queue, you can also click on the General tab to chat with representatives across all teams. When you go back to your Personal tab, you will remain in the chat for the group from which you just tabbed away.
