Bomgar Representative User's Guide Introduction
Welcome to on-demand remote support through the Bomgar Box. This guide is designed to help you install Bomgar onto your computer and understand the features of the solution. Bomgar enables you to support your customers remotely by connecting to them through the Bomgar Box. Use this guide only after your network administrator has performed the initial setup and necessary configuration for the Bomgar Box. Once your appliance is properly installed, you can begin supporting customer immediately. More info on remote desktop access with the Bomgar Box Using This Guide In the section How to Use the Administrative Interface, you will find basic instructions for downloading Bomgar onto your computer and configuring your account. NOTE: Depending on the settings your Bomgar Box administrator has enabled, some support reps will not have access to all of these features. How to Use the Representative Client outlines the functionality of the Bomgar software and shows you how to manage a remote support session. What Your Customer Sees gives you an overview of how your remote customer will initiate a support session and communicate with you during the session. Should your remote customer have difficulty connecting to you, Troubleshooting Bomgar Connections offers some possible solutions for the problem. Licensing Restrictions summarizes the extent of Bomgar licenses, and Tech Support provides ways to contact our tech support consultants should you have any questions. |
