Bomgar Administration User Guide Introduction
This guide is designed to help you administer your Bomgar software. The Bomgar Box serves as the central point of administration and management for your Bomgar software and enables you to log in from anywhere that has internet access in order to download the representative client to virtually support your end-users. Use this guide only after you have performed the initial set up and configuration of the Bomgar Box as detailed in the Getting Started Guide. Once Bomgar is properly installed, you can begin supporting customers immediately.
