Network Configuration

Before deploying the Bomgar Box™ on your network, you must set up its network configuration. This is done by accessing the Bomgar Box™ administrative interface from a web browser on your laptop or PC. The steps below will walk you through this process.

1. After performing the external setup of your Box, go to Local Area Connection on your computer and click Properties..

2. Double-click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) in the menu.
