Utilities

The Utilities section can be used for debugging network problems. If you are unable to establish a connection, these utilities may help to determine the reason. Test the appliance's DNS server to check that the hostname or IP add is resolving correctly. Ping your Bomgar Box to test its network connectivity. You can also use the traceroute to view the path that packets take on their journey from the appliance to any external system.
