7. Configuring primary and secondary DNS servers is not required, but it is highly recommended. After entering the required information, click Save Changes. For more information about these configuration settings, see the Bomgar Box™ administrative user's guide.

8. After assigning the network configuration values, you will need to upload your Bomgar™ software package. Go to the Security page. Under Update the Software on This Appliance, click Browse, select the Bomgar™ software package you received from our support staff, and click Update Software. The upload may take a few moments. If you do not have this software, please contact your Bomgar™ support rep.

WARNING: Should you wish to make changes after this initial configuration, updating the software may disconnect users currently connected to the Bomgar Box™.
