Users & Security > User Accounts

The top-level User Accounts tab has been renamed to Users & Security, with a sub-tab of User Accounts.

When creating or editing a user account, the Display Name and Display Number fields have been reversed in location so that the display name appears first. Several options have been added or modified under Representative Permissions.

Allowed to disable remote input/screen view	Enables the representative to prevent the remote user from seeing the screen or using the mouse or keyboard. Remote user can regain control at any time by pressing Ctrl-Alt-Del.
Allowed to use file transfer interface	Option removed and replace with file transfer options below.
Allowed to modify Jump Clients	Enables the representative to pin sessions, set groups, and add comments to Jump Clients.
Allowed to pin sessions to Personal queue	Enables the representative to deploy Jump Clients for his or her access only.
Allowed to download files using the file transfer interface	Enables the representative to download files from the remote system to his or her local system.
Allowed to upload files using the file transfer interface	Enables the representative to upload files from his or her local system to the remote system.
Allowed paths on the Customer's file system	Enables the representative to transfer files to or from any directories on the remote system or only specified directories.
Allowed paths on the Representative's file system	Enables the representative to transfer files to or from any directories on his or her system or only specified directories.
