Screen Sharing: Reboot

Additionally, the Reboot option has been removed from the Special Actions drop down and is now a separate button, with three options of its own: Reboot; Reboot into Safe Mode with Networking; and a new feature, Request Automatic Logon Credentials. When this third option is selected, a prompt appears on the remote user's screen requesting him or her to enter a valid username and password for that system so that after a reboot, the remote system will immediately and automatically sign back in with the provided credentials. Requesting logon credentials at the beginning of a session helps to ensure uninterrupted support after a reboot without requiring the customer to be present to log back in or the representative to know valid credentials for the remote system.
