What's New in Bomgar 10.1 Administrative Interface
Management > FailoverOnce the relationship has been established, extraneous tabs will be removed from the backup site. The Failover page now should list the last date and time of data synchronization and allow you to pull the most current information from the primary appliance into the memory of the backup appliance on-demand via the Sync Now button. You can disable synchronization, although only in rare cases is this recommended, such as before making major changes to the primary appliance and wishing to save the current version of the site in case you need to rollback the changes. To make the backup appliance the primary, choose whether to run one final synchronization or to use the last saved backup, and then click the Become Primary button. At this point, the roles will switch so that Box B is the primary and Box A is the backup. You will still need to manually configure the DNS to point to the new IP address. To break the relationship so that Box B no longer backs up Box A, click the Break Failover Relationship button. 10.1
