What's New in Bomgar 10.1 Administrative Interface
Management > FailoverA Failover page has been added to the Management tab to enable easy synchronization of data and to simplify the process of failing over from one appliance to another. For example, Box A and Box B both host software for the site support.yoursite.com. Because the DNS server directs support.yoursite.com to Box A's IP address, Box A is inherently the primary appliance. All information such as users, settings, and reports are stored on this appliance. To set up Box B as a failover for Box A, go to the /login interface for Box B by either entering its IP address directly or going to a DNS assigned specifically to its IP address. Initially, the site will look identical to the site on Box A only without all of the user-added information. Go to the Failover page. Enter a valid username and password for an admin account on Box A and then click Establish Relationship to set up Box B as a failover for Box A. 10.1
