Management > Security

The Security tab now has an option to Allow HTTP access to XML API Interface. Checking this box will allow the XML API interface to be accessed over either a secure or a non-secure connection. If this box is deselected, only secure HTTPS connections will be allowed. It is highly recommended that this box remain deselected as a security best practice.
