Bomgar's smart card support offers heightened multi-factor authentication to increase the security associated with remote control. Support representatives can now use their authorized "smart" card to securely pass their credentials to the end user's device, allowing for approved elevated access and control. Bomgar's solution helps meet the most stringent remote control security requirements of Federal agencies and other regulated industries.

Capabilities Summary

• When starting a session, a representative's Smart Card reader is virtualized on the end-user's computer.
• A representative can use the virtualized Smart Card to elevate privileges of Customer client running on the end computer.
• While screen sharing, a representative can use the virtualized smartcard to perform administrative actions.
• A representative can use the virtualized Smart Card to log in as a different user on the end computer.
