The Bomgar B100™
Once you've configured your Dynamic DNS account and your Linksys™ router, you'll need to upload the remote control software build for your Bomgar B100™.
Step 4: Upload Your Remote Control Software Package
- Now, you will need to upload your Bomgar™ remote control software package. Go to your Bomgar Box™ URL (i.e., hostname.domain.com/appliance) and log into the Box.
- Go to the Security page.
- Under Update the Software on This Appliance, click Browse, select the Bomgar™ software package you received from our support staff, and click Update Software. The upload may take a few moments. If you do not have this software, please contact Bomgar™.

You are now finished with installation of the Bomgar B100™ remote support appliance. You can now log in from anywhere in the world and download the representative client to provide remote support to your clients.
