Remote Desktop Control for BlackBerry Added

We are pleased to announce the release of Bomgar's 10.2 remote control software. This major release includes feature additions, Jump technology and presentation enhancements, customer experience improvements, and increased management capabilities, as well as BlackBerry support and integration with a major service desk management system.

HP Service Manager Integration

HP Service Manager Integration
Integrate Bomgar with HP Service Managment Solutions to increase help desk efficiency. The HP/Bomgar integration enables representatives to begin chat and remote control sessions from within the HP Service Center or HP Service Manager application. Administrators can then measure performance and effectiveness by viewing Bomgar session logs and creating customizable reports from within the service desk management solution.

Bomgar also integrates with BMC support ticketing tracking systems, BMC Remedy AR Server and BMC Service Desk Express.

Bomgar Integration Options

^HP Service Manager Integration is enabled and maintained via an integration adapter. The integration adapter is sold separately. Service Desk Management integration is not included either in the Bomgar license price or in annual maintenance.
