Remote Access to Systems on a Separate Network

Bomgar Jumpoint™ enables support reps to gain remote access to remote desktops and servers on a separate network. This is ideal for larger companies that have multiple networks and locations, but only one support team. Installing a Jumpoint on a system within a remote network enables a support rep with administrative privileges on that network to gain access to any Windows system on the network without having to install a remote access software client on each system that needs to be accessed.
