Remote Control Software Now Supports Pocket PC's

According to an IDC analysis, more than one quarter of the world's managers and employees will be mobile workers within two years. Several studies have been conducted to guide corporations in the management of mobile workers so they can take advantage of the benefits of a mobile workforce. However, one of the criteria influencing the effectiveness of mobile workers is access to information and technology that helps them do their job. Bomgar's latest remote control software release, Bomgar™ 10.0, now features Pocket PC and Pocket PC Phone Edition access to make it easier for mobile workers to get support, regardless of their location.
