RIDGELAND, Miss. – April 22, 2008 – Bomgar Corporation, the provider of appliance-based virtual support solutions, has been named a "cool vendor" by leading Gartner analysts in the "Cool Vendors in IT Support, 2008" April 1, 2008 report. Written by Terrence Cosgrove and David M. Coyle, the report selected companies representing interesting offerings in the IT support marketplace.

According to the Gartner report organizations of all sizes are struggling to support and manage end-user systems because of the increasing complexity of business environments and the never-ending demand to boost efficiencies.
