NetworkStreaming is a leading provider of appliance-based remote support software. Its flagship product, SupportDesk™, is the brainchild of Bomgar, who designed the product as a way to provide help desk and technical support to disparate users – without leaving his desk. After creating the product, Bomgar began selling it through pay-per-click advertisements keeping the company cash flow positive and debt free. Two years later, the company just hired its 40th employee and closed a second round of venture capital that brings its total backing to $7M.
