Why?

This event was designed specifically to prepare you, our valued partner, to effectively sell, market and support Bomgar solutions. Each course will be led by an experienced and certified Bomgar solution expert providing participants first-hand knowledge and best practices. Upon the successful completion of the curriculum, participants will receive an official Bomgar Partner Certified plaque and certificate.

MONDAY, MAY 5TH

9:00AM-12:00PM – Sales and Product Demonstration Training
Receive comprehensive training on Bomgar sales strategies including pre-sales strategies and value activity. Obtain valuable information to effectively demonstrate the Bomgar product. This half day session is specifically designed for salespeople and managers.
1:00PM-5:00PM – System Administrator Essentials 14.1
All sessions include lecture, best practices and hands-on lab.
First, participate in a Representative Essentials Summary Review and customer use cases of Bomgar. Next, learn how to install, administer and configure the Bomgar appliance in your customer’s network. During this first session, you will learn about the /appliance interface, how to configure network settings, install a secure socket layer certificate, how to backup and how to upgrade the software. You will also learn about appliance failover and the different appliance deployment options, such as Atlas. Hands-on labs are included in this session.

Tuesday, May 6th

9:00AM-5:00PM – System Administrator Essentials 14.1 (continued)
Understand how to configure site wide settings, permissions and session policies. Also, learn how to integrate Bomgar with Active Directory as well as other authentication services. Review different best practices for configuring session policies, and group policies. Bring your customer’s examples to white-board with the Bomgar University Senior Manager.

Wednesday, May 7th

8:00AM-5:00PM – System Administrator Essentials 14.1 (continued)
Learn how to use and configure Bomgar in unattended sessions using Bomgar’s Jump technology, including embedded RDP. Learn how to configure Bomgar Buttons, Rep Invite, Canned Scripts & Messages and Special Actions. Next you will learn how to configure the public portals and created branded portals. Finally, you will learn how to archive session data and the data available for customized reporting, including Bomgar Session data and Bomgar Metrics data.
Award Ceremony

This event is complimentary (including the Braves game), but it is the responsibility of the individual to arrange necessary travel accommodations. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are included Monday through Wednesday.
