Will Bomgar's representative and customer clients work on other Linux distros? Yes. Bomgar works on dozens of Linux distributions. We certify the most popular versions including Ubuntu, RedHat, SUSE, and Fedora Core. You are welcome to use this trial to test Bomgar's compatibility with other distros. However, our official support plan only covers those distros listed above. 4. Can I offer cross-platform remote support with the Bomgar Box? Yes. No matter what operating system you are running Bomgar on, you will have remote access to all the operating systems supported by the Bomgar customer client. 5. How do customers initiate a session? Typically, your customer will request support by clicking a link on your public support page. This will begin the download of the customer client application (<400K), and a web page with instructions will automatically open.
