Invite an External Representative to Join a Session
Within a session, a user can request an external user to participate in a session one time only.
A dialog opens asking the user to select a security profile. These profiles are created in the administrative interface and determine the level of permission the external user will have. When you select a profile, the full description displays below.
Enter the invited user’s name.
Click the Send button to select how to send the session key to the external User. Depending on the options selected by your administrator, you may be able to send the invitation from your local email or from a server side email. You also can copy and paste the direct URL to the external user.
The invited user will have access only to the session tab and has a limited set of privileges. The invited user can never be the session owner.
You can invite more than one external user to a session.
